At AGU Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sunglasses, we are here to assist with exchanges and returns. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns
- Timeframe: Requests for exchanges or returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or cases that were included.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or have been damaged after delivery.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Exchange or Return
- Specify if you prefer an exchange or refund. If you prefer an exchange, please specify the new model.

Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions, including the return address and next steps.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Processing Exchanges & Refunds
- Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item in acceptable condition, we will ship the new item to you.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your financial institution.
